Welcome to jessicarose.com (the "Site"). This website is owned and operated by Jessica Rose Jewellery ("we", "us", or "our"). By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Site.

1. Information About Us

2. Eligibility and Ordering

  • Age: By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • Handmade Nature: Because our items are individually handmade, slight variations in finish, colour, and dimensions may occur. These variations are a unique feature of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

  • Payment Methods: We securely accept payments through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Payment must be cleared in full before any products are dispatched.

4. Packaging and Shipping

  • Packaging: Every piece of handmade jewellery is carefully packaged and arrives beautifully presented in a signature Jessica Rose gift box.

  • UK Shipping & Delivery: We offer Free UK Shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm).

  • Delivery Timeline: Because our pieces are handmade, our standard timeline from order to delivery is 1–2 weeks. If you require an item urgently for a specific date or special occasion, please get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.

  • International Shipping: We do not offer automated checkout rates for destinations outside the United Kingdom. If you live overseas, please contact us via email to request a custom shipping quote.

    • If you accept the custom quote, we will send you a secure direct payment link to complete your order.

    • Import Duties & Taxes: For all international orders, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees levied by your destination country.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order under the following terms:

  • Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your physical goods to notify us via email that you wish to return an item.

  • Exclusions (Hygiene & Custom Items):

    • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.

    • Any bespoke, resized, or custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned to us unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including the Jessica Rose gift box). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our handmade jewellery. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or a full refund including your return postage costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to jewellery designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Jessica Rose Jewellery and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Jessica Rose Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use this Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
